Anne M. Haslerud

Anne is an associate at Wilkerson, Hegna, Kavanaugh & Johnston, PLLP. After receiving her Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, Anne attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law to earn her Juris Doctor. During her undergraduate career, Anne worked for a local Minnesota title company focusing on residential and new construction services. Anne started as a law clerk with Wilkerson, Hegna, Kavanaugh & Johnston, PLLP during law school, and joined the firm as an associate after graduating summa cum laude. While in law school Anne focused her studies on areas of business and real estate, taking classes such as mergers & acquisitions, modern real estate transactions, and business entity taxation. Anne also served as an associate on Mitchell Hamline’s Law Review.
Anne’s practice with the firm has involved a range of real estate and business matters, including entity formation and restructuring, drafting and negotiating commercial real estate purchases, and advising closely-held businesses on employment and contract issues.
